Job Overview:

PINTURA GENERAL TRANSPORT CO. LTD is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth across its logistics, warehousing, and transport support operations. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to strategic expansion within the transport and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in logistics, warehousing, and transport services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential clients.
Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
Negotiate terms and close deals to maximize profitability.
Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within logistics, transport, or supply chain sectors. Strong understanding of warehousing, cargo handling, and transport operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build long-term client relationships and generate new business. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.

Desirable Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Experience in management consultancy or transport support services. Knowledge of UK transport and logistics regulations.
